Food Safety Level 2-
This course is an MLC requirement, which applies to ALL MLC compliant vessels, whether you are on a vessel that has 1-100 crew members. It applies to all crew whose duties involve food handling, including serving and clearing meals, stocking fridges, unwrapping food, plating food, making sandwiches. Crew is required to have a valid, in date, 3 year food safety certification. Your exam MUST be administered in person and proctored by a certified examiner.
